**Role Snapshot**
– Design, build, and productionise AI services that deliver measurable impact
– Collaborate with product and data teams to scope experiments and move quickly from prototype to production
– Champion MLOps and model governance best practices across squads

**What You Will Do**
– Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data discovery to deployment
– Implement model monitoring, alerting, and retraining workflows
– Partner with engineering to surface AI features via APIs and microservices
– Coach junior engineers and play a visible role in our AI guild

**What You Bring**
– 4+ years shipping ML/AI systems in Python (bonus for Go/TypeScript familiarity)
– Deep hands-on experience with open-source frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Ray)
– Comfort working with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation
– Strong communication skills and a product mindset
