Machine Learning Engineer

**Role Snapshot**
– Own the lifecycle of machine learning services from ideation through monitoring
– Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and designers to ship value fast
– Champion responsible AI practices across client engagements

**What You Will Do**
– Productionise models as microservices, serverless functions, or embedded edge components
– Implement feature stores, model registries, and deployment automation
– Instrument observability for drift, fairness, and performance
– Advocate for engineering excellence and pair with client teams to uplift skills

**What You Bring**
– 3+ years delivering ML systems in production (Python, FastAPI, MLflow, AWS/GCP/Azure)
– Experience with vector databases, LLM toolchains, or reinforcement learning (bonus)
– Strong software engineering fundamentals and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
– Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders
