Software Engineer (AI Platform)

**Role Snapshot**
– Craft cloud-native services that expose AI capabilities cleanly and securely
– Elevate engineering standards through automation, testing, and documentation

**What You Will Do**
– Build APIs, microservices, and integration layers in TypeScript, Python, or Go
– Implement best-in-class testing, observability, and deployment pipelines
– Collaborate with ML engineers to serve models and orchestrate workflows
– Mentor client developers, leading by example with code reviews and pairing

**What You Bring**
– 4+ years in software engineering, ideally across backend + cloud ecosystems
– Proficiency with modern frameworks (FastAPI, Node.js, NestJS) and relational/NoSQL data stores
– Solid grasp of secure coding practices and performance optimisation
– Strong communication skills and empathy for users and teammates alike
