**Role Snapshot**
– Shape experiments that translate business questions into measurable models
– Tell stories with data that influence senior stakeholders
– Partner with engineers to move insights into production quickly

**What You Will Do**
– Explore complex datasets, engineer features, and develop predictive/segmentation models
– Design A/B and multivariate experiments to validate impact
– Communicate findings through compelling visuals and narratives
– Collaborate with product managers to roadmap AI initiatives

**What You Bring**
– 4+ years in applied data science using Python/R, SQL, and cloud ML tooling
– Experience with statistical modelling, machine learning, and causal inference
– Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured analytical plans
– Stakeholder management skills and a bias for shipping
