Test Automation Engineer

**Role Snapshot**
– Build automated test suites covering API, UI, data, and ML behaviour regression
– Integrate quality gates into CI/CD and champion shift-left testing practices
– Analyse failures and collaborate with squads to drive root-cause fixes

**What You Will Do**
– Create end-to-end, integration, and contract tests using tools like Playwright, Cypress, PyTest, or Robot Framework
– Design synthetic data and test harnesses for AI/ML use cases (latency, drift, bias)
– Instrument dashboards and alerts that keep stakeholders informed of quality trends
– Coach teams on writing maintainable tests and monitoring quality metrics

**What You Bring**
– 4+ years automating tests for modern web and API architectures
– Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
– Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and microservices debugging
– Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
